The New York City District Council of Carpenters has been engaged in negotiations regarding the Final Stipulation and Order for some time. Reaching a Final Stipulation and Order is a significant milestone for our union and represents an important step toward demonstrating that the District Council is capable of governing itself with integrity, accountability, and transparency.
As part of our commitment to transparency, we are making the current draft available for all members to review.
